Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data C-Spaceship ("we", "us") collects through cspaceship.agency, including the BJO Jobs board at /bjo/, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with Vietnam's Law on Personal Data Protection (No. 91/2025/QH15) and its implementing regulations.
1. Data we collect
We only collect what you give us through a form, plus the minimum technical data needed to run the website.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16, or sensitive personal data.
2. Why we use it
- To reply to you and prepare a proposal you asked for.
- To send what you requested, such as the Crypto KOL Guide and our newsletter.
- To run BJO Jobs: review company registrations, contact the hiring team, publish approved roles, and show visitors' ratings so candidates can judge whether a role is legitimate.
- To prevent abuse of ratings, such as one person rating the same role many times.
- To keep the website secure and stop spam and abuse.
- To meet legal obligations where the law requires it.
Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit a form, and, where it applies, taking steps at your request before a contract. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 6). Withdrawal does not affect processing that already happened.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website, under their own security and data-protection terms:
- Supabase – database and file storage (servers in Singapore).
- Vercel – website hosting and delivery.
- Cloudflare – domain, network security and, where enabled, the spam check on forms.
- Email delivery and Telegram – to send you emails you asked for and to notify our team of new requests.
- Google Fonts – the website loads its typefaces from Google, which receives your IP address when fonts are requested.
Information on a published BJO job post, and the public profile of a registered company, is visible to anyone. We may disclose data if required by law or a competent authority.
4. Transfers outside Vietnam
Some of these providers store or process data outside Vietnam, including in Singapore and the United States. When data leaves Vietnam we rely on providers with recognised safeguards and carry out the assessments required by Vietnamese law.
5. How long we keep it
- Proposal and contact requests: up to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Ratings: while the role's page is online. The network hash is used only for abuse checks.
- BJO company registrations: while the company uses BJO Jobs, and up to 2 years after its last job post.
- Closed BJO job posts stay online as archived pages unless the company asks us to remove them.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Email contact@cspaceship.agency from the address you used with us. We reply within the time required by law, and may need to confirm your identity first. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link.
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can also complain to the competent personal data protection authority in Vietnam.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to stored data is limited to authorised staff with individual accounts and role-based permissions. If a breach affects your data, we will notify the authorities within 72 hours of detecting it and inform you where required.
8. Browser storage
The public website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you rate a role on BJO Jobs, your browser's local storage keeps a random anonymous ID and the ratings you gave, so you can change them later; clearing your browser data removes them. One more item may be saved only if a team member opens a preview link while the site is under maintenance. Our admin panel, used only by staff, keeps a sign-in session.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced on this page.
