Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of cspaceship.agency, including the Traction Simulator and the BJO Jobs board at /bjo/ (together, the "website"), operated by C-Spaceship ("we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What the website is

The website presents C-Spaceship's Web3 marketing, PR and technology services, publishes articles, and hosts BJO Jobs, a job board for the Blockchain Job Opportunity community, of which C-Spaceship is the official sponsor. Agency services themselves are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal, which prevails over these terms for that work.

2. No financial or investment advice

Content on the website, including articles, case studies and figures about projects, exchanges or tokens, is for general information only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any digital asset. Crypto assets are volatile and you may lose money. Do your own research and seek professional advice.

3. Traction Simulator

The simulator gives illustrative estimates based on general assumptions. Results are not a quote, forecast or guarantee of any outcome. Actual results depend on your project, market conditions and many factors outside our control.

4. BJO Jobs

For companies

• Companies must register through the company survey before roles are published. We may approve, decline or remove a registration at our discretion.
• A role appears on BJO Jobs only after the original post is approved in the BJO community. Free posting is limited to 3 different positions per company per month, and up to 2 posts per position per month. Extra positions may be combined into one post.
• Companies are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their posts, including pay, benefits and hiring practices, and must not post roles that are misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, or that require candidates to pay fees or buy tokens.
• By submitting a post you allow us to publish it, edit it for format, add a Vietnamese summary, and share it on our channels and social media. We may close or remove any post at any time.

For candidates

• We review companies and posts, but we cannot verify every detail. We are not an employer, recruiter or party to any hiring decision or employment contract.
• Never pay a fee, send crypto or share wallet keys, seed phrases or passwords to get a job. Report suspicious posts to contact@cspaceship.agency.
• When you apply through a link on BJO Jobs, you deal directly with the hiring company, and its own privacy terms apply.

Ratings

• Visitors can rate how legitimate a role is (1 to 5 stars). Ratings are visitors' own opinions, not a verification or endorsement by BJO or C-Spaceship.
• Rate honestly, based on your own experience or verifiable facts. Do not rate a company you work for, or try to rate the same role many times.
• We may remove ratings that look manipulated, at our discretion. Companies who believe their rating is unfair can contact us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, including by sending spam or false information through forms, trying to access admin areas or other people's data, interfering with security or performance, or scraping content at a scale that burdens the website.

6. Intellectual property

The C-Spaceship name, logos, designs, text and other materials on the website belong to C-Spaceship or its licensors. The BJO name and logo belong to the Blockchain Job Opportunity community. Client and partner logos belong to their owners and are shown to describe our work. You may share links and short quotes with credit; other use needs our written permission.

7. Third-party links

The website links to third-party sites, including community groups, social networks and employers. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your reliance on content, job posts or simulator results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved by good-faith negotiation, and otherwise by the competent courts of Vietnam.
