C-Spaceship x KuCoin: Bringing KuCoin Private Night to Vietnam
C-Spaceship partnered with KuCoin to bring KuCoin Private Night Vietnam to Ho Chi Minh City. Held at ZumWhere, the invitation-only evening gathered around 150 guests, including more than 40 KOLs from Vietnam's crypto and Web3 community, for a night of conversations, project showcases and networking.
From concept to the last guest leaving, C-Spaceship handled the event end to end: guest and KOL curation, speaker line-up, programme, on-site operations and community promotion.
It started with a private dinner
Before the main event, we hosted a private dinner for KuCoin's team, invited partners and key community leaders. Around one long table, the conversation moved from market outlooks to what Vietnamese traders really want from an exchange. It set the tone for the night: relaxed, personal and focused on relationships rather than presentations.

The main event then opened at ZumWhere, where guests were welcomed at the photo wall and quickly filled the venue.
Speaker panel. The highlight of the evening was a panel discussion on the Vietnamese crypto market. Speakers from KuCoin Vietnam, local trading communities and C-Spaceship, represented by our CMO William, shared how traders in Vietnam discover new platforms, what builds trust in an exchange, and how brands can grow real, lasting communities rather than short-term hype.
Project showcases. Web3 projects took the stage to present their products and roadmaps to a room full of traders, creators and builders, including a gaming and esports project sharing its community and tournament plans.
Networking. Between sessions, the floor became one large networking space. KOLs, traders, project teams and the KuCoin team exchanged ideas and contacts late into the night.
Why events like this matter
Vietnam is one of the most active crypto markets in the world, and trust here is built face to face. Online campaigns reach people, but evenings like this one turn followers into communities and partners into friends.
For KuCoin, the event created a direct connection with the voices that shape Vietnam's crypto conversation. For the KOLs and guests, it was a rare chance to meet the team behind the exchange in person.
